WOD 08/12/10

As many rounds as possible in 20 min of:
10 deadlifts 185/135lbs
10 walking lunges
10 Burpees
10 walking lunges

This is what I love to see, Jon had forgotten his workout clothes this morning but that didn’t stop him from doing the WOD.  As CrossFit always shows us, it’s good not only physically, but mentally to be outside of our comfort zone.

Anna was at the early morning class too and she made 135lbs deadlifts look like an unloaded bar.

*Note Animas CrossFit will only have a 630am workout this Friday 08/13/10 and will be closed this weekend 08/14/10-08/15/10. We’re headed to CrossFit Flagstaff so that Steph can get her CrossFit level 1 certification.
