In groups of two, for time:
Complete 100 burpees as a team. Only one team member can do burpees at a time. The team member that is not doing burpees holds 45/25 lb plate overhead while resting. This resting team member must have the weight overhead in order for the burpees to count.
Then, during the same running clock, the team then completes 100 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs) in the same fashion. Resting team member is hanging from the pull bar or rings, and must be hanging for other partner’s wall ball reps to count.
