Hey Everybody – The Masten's are taking off for two weeks pretty soon on a road trip to DC. As you know we have been doing the Paleo thing and we want to keep it up. Anyway, if you have any ideas or hints for keeping it Paleo on the road let me know. The Carpenter's suggested Paleo Kits and we have those coming. I'm making a batch of elk and beef jerky. We bought some Primal Fuel too. So, if you can think of anything pass it on!!! Thanks All – Jen M.PS – We are gonna be missing our Crossfit Fam!
