Thanks for being patient with the schedule this week guys, and remember the schedule changes are due to our upcoming CrossFit Kids certification!

  Homework assignment #2:  Go outside and map out 100 meters (328 feet) and go for it!  A closed gym is not an excuse to miss a workout, this one is simple to do outside your home.  And remember, the funny looks mean your doing something right!

15 push ups

15 air squats
