WOD 11/14/11

Mobility work: Foam roll quads (accumulate at least 3 minutes on each side)
                       1/2 kneeling wall quad stretch (accumulate at least 3 minutes on each side)

WOD: For time:
             Complete 100 wall balls, but at the top of every minute complete 3 hanging power cleans (135/95 lbs)
