“The Bear Complex”

5 Rounds of:

1 Hanging Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press
7 times without losing control of the bar. 

This WOD is for Load not for time. The movements can be linked in one fluid movement. 

Steph and I enjoyed this WOD so Much at CrossFit Albuquerque that we had to pass on the fun! -Jesse

  1. Holy crap, that was tough. i did not reach my goal of 165 not even close. Were they are in order 75# x 7, 95# x 7, 105# x 7, 105# x 6, 105# x 7, and 95# x 7. Enjoyed the work out hope my squat was correct. Talk to everyone soon. Chico i miss you already, i really needed your support today, i couldn't count to seven. With Love Buddy, kick its ass today.

  2. Just finished death by PUSH UPS, thanks for the idea Dusty. Big sister showed up to work out today i only finished 16mins. Something else to work on push-ups and double unders. See you in the gym tomorrow.
