Skill work: Static rings holds 30 sec x 5

WOD:  3 rounds for time of:
      10 dead hang pull ups
      20 paralette push ups
      30 weighted sit ups 25/15 lbs
      40 walking lunges
      2 minute rest

*Remember the 2 minute rest is mandatory every round, it is not optional.  It is there for a reason!
