Skill work: L sit practice in parallettes for 5 minutes, achieve 5 holds for max time

WOD: For time:
20 burpees
30 deadlifts (200/150 lbs)
40 push ups
50 sit ups

  1. Today i did the workout from 2-27-12 oh it was awesome! Have a great week! back underground for me. Im always trying to turn my work duty s into a crossfit work out! "Lift that" Move that" " Drag that" hahaha its just not quite the same as the ACF gym!
