MWOD: Band shoulder opener, palms up, 2 min each side
                 Foam roll lats, palm up, 2 min each side

WOD: 200 m overhead carry (95/65 lbs)

            then….

           3 rounds for time of:
           50 m walking lunge
           10 burpees
           50 m sprint
           10 clean and jerk (135/95 lbs)
