Skill work: Kipping practice for pull ups (to be applied to the full pull up movement, only if you
                    are able to achieve a quality dead hang pull up)

WOD: For time:

           8 front squats (155/115 lbs)
           15 burpees
            7 front squats
            20 box jumps (24/20″) 
            6 front squats
            25 pushups
            5 front squats
            30 ring dips
