MWOD: Hip mobility work

Skill: As many reps as possible in 2 minutes of: Handstand push ups

WOD: As many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 7 minutes of:
           5 power snatch (95/65 lbs)
           5 box jumps (24/20 inches)

Rest 3 minutes

         AMRAP in 5 minutes of:
         6 push presses (95/65 lbs)
         6 hanging squat cleans (95/65 lbs)

Rest 3 minutes

         AMRAP in 3 minutes of:
         5 hand release push ups
         10 sit ups

  1. Shoulder still sore, so i did Wendler Deadlift today and 1 mile timed run 8.14. thanks for the support everyone, hope to see everyone one tuesday.
