  1. O hell yeah – I'm so stoked for this. I haven't attempted a CFT since November(?). Thanks for posting early – gives me time to review previous loads, consider warm-up/loading schedule, and factor in better muscle conditioning relative to previous attempt. Maybe this time I can keep up with Anna P.
