Skill work: Maintaining active shoulders and full hip opening and closing with movement,
                    achieve 20 toes to bar

WOD: 3 rounds for time of:
1 Bear Complex (7 cycles of: 1 power clean, 1 front squat,  1 push press, 1 back squat,
            1 push press) (95/65 lbs)
5 Pullups
10 pushups
30 double unders
