WOD 09/12/12

MWOD: Shoulder moblity work:
           1. overhead band stretch, 1 min each side
           2. prayer stretch, 2 min
           3. bank robber on foam roller, 2 min

WOD: Complete 7 reps of the following series to complete 1 round.  Complete 5 rounds, not for time.
            1 power clean
            1 front squat
            1 push press
            1 back squat
            1 push press

You will need to touch the ground with the bar between each rep, however, not to rest or even reset your grip.  Each movement must be completed independent of the previous and following movements.  Your goal is to work up to max load on your fifth round.
