Skill work: Agility ladder drills

WOD: As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
           50 m run
           8 burpees
           50 m run
           8 box jumps (24/20″)

*ACF will be closed after noon class on Friday and all day Saturday, as your coaches will in Montrose, CO at the Uncompahgre Mesa Team Fitness Challenge.  We will be open on Sunday for our regular 10:00 am WOD.

  2. just finised this one. have not felt the lungs burn like this in some time. i got 4 +16, just shy of my goal(5). i count the 50m run as 1. Again thank you guys for the calls, i'll be back in the gym soon.
