It’s Official! We have had lots of interest in doing a New Year’s Nutrition/Fitness Challenge and we are listening to all of you. We are going to be starting a Whole30 Challenge on January 6th and continuing for 6 weeks, concluding on February 16th. We will have 2 info sessions to educate you on what a Paleo diet looks like and how the challenge will work; these will be:
Friday January 4th at 6:30 just after the WOD and
Saturday January 5th at 12:00, just after the Sandy Hook Benefit WOD
Please sign up for one of these info sessions at the gym if you plan on participating in the Challenge.
