Skill work: Striving for the perfect air squat using technique drills: Squat drills with band.

WOD:
As many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
1 Thruster 95/65lbs
1 Pull up
2 Thrusters 95/65lbs
2 Pull ups
3 Thrusters 95/65lbs
3 Pull ups
4 Thrusters 95/65lbs
4 Pull ups


And so on, adding one rep to each movement until time runs out. Score by total number of reps.
