MWOD: Wall Straddle (2min)

External Hip Rotation Box Stretch  (1 min each side)
WOD: 12 Days Of Christmas
1 HSPU Or Muscle Up
2 Box Jumps
3 Front Squats (95/65)
4 Pull Ups
5 Burpees
6 Toes to Bar
7 Wall Balls (20/14)
8 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
9 Double Unders
10 Walking Lunges
11 Hanging Power Cleans (95/65)
12 Sit Ups
*Do the following exercises the same way you would sing the 12 Days of Christmas song. On the 1st day of Christmas, my coaches gave to me, 1 HSPU. On the second day, do 2 Box Jumps, 1 HSPU. On the third day do 3 Thrusters, 2 Box Jumps, 1 HSPU. Etc…
