Skill work: Wall ball practice, then, 30 wall balls for time.

WOD: “Tabata This”
Tabata Squat
1 minute rest
Tabata Row
1 minute rest
Tabata Pull ups
1 minute rest
Tabata Sit-ups
1 minute rest
Tabata Push-ups

What is a Tabata?
For twenty seconds do as many reps of the assigned exercise as you can – then rest 10 seconds.
Repeat this seven more times for a total of 8 intervals, 4 minutes total exercise.  Each exercise is scored by the weakest number of reps (calories on the rower) in each of the eight intervals.
*For the above WOD specifically, the score is the total of the scores from the five stations.
