MWOD: Lat mobilization with lacrosse ball then, shoulder flexion work in bands with
        contract/relax

WOD:  For time:
21-15-9 of:
Hanging clean and jerks (135/95 lbs)
Pull ups

*As a result of our recent surveys, we have decided to add a 4:30 pm adult CrossFit class to our regular schedule, beginning 02/04/13, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.  (That’s next week, not this week 🙂  We hope this helps lots of you work  a WOD into your schedule more easily.
