2 athletes per team. One athlete completes the reps of the given movement while the other holds an isometric position. Athletes can rotate positions as they desire, but reps are only counted while the other member is in the isometric hold.
100 KB swings (53/35 lbs) / plank hold
100 weighted walking lunges (45/25 lbs)/ tuck hold
100 push ups / superman hold
100 burpees / overhead plate hold
100 double unders / squat hold
