Skill work:  Ring inversions

WOD:  3 rounds for max reps of:
Spend 1 minute at each station, achieving max reps in one minute at each station, in a “Fight Gone Bad” format.  Rest one minute between each round.  Score is total reps after 3 rounds.
Burpees
Pull ups
Push ups
Squats
Sit ups
