We are moving this weekend so make sure to check the Lost and Found by Thursday, we will be donating what is leftover to Goodwill.

WOD: 4 rounds for time of:
400 m run
25 burpees

MWOD: Roll out Achilles on barbell, 2-3 min each side, then ankle
dorsiflexion mobilization with movement with band
