It’s “Freebie Friday” again already, so if you’ve got friends that would like to try out CrossFit with you, bring them on in today. All classes are open and free to any newbies out there.

Skill work: Toes to bar/knees to elbows practice, then,
pick one or the other and do a 2 minute AMRAP.
3 rounds for time of:
20 push ups
30 overhead walking lunges (45/25 lbs)
400 m run
