WOD 11/08/13

Skill work: Med. ball cleans; practice, then achieve 20 reps, at your own pace, with full hip opening each time.  

CrossFit Games 2012 Team WOD:
In teams of 4, each member of the team must complete the following:
*Athletes cannot advance until station in front is clear.
For time:
30 GHD sit ups 
30 deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
30 double unders
30 overhead squats (95/65 lbs)
30 pull ups
