Max rep push up,  

Isometric holds: squat bottom, supine planche, prone planche, and bar hang,
                       all 1 minute each.
then,
EMOM for 8 minutes: 8 Box jumps (30/24”)
Rest 2 minutes
EMOM for 8 minutes: 5 KB swings (53/35 lbs)
                                  10 double unders
