WOD 11/26/13

For quality: Achieve 20 GHD sit ups, 
                   3 rope climbs and,
                   30 hollow body rocks

 WOD: EMOM for 10 minutes:
1 squat clean (225/155 lbs)
2 Front squats (225/155 lbs)
then, 1 minute of max rep burpees, in the 11th minute.
