And a little bit more about Saturday’s Cancer Crusher Fundraiser: For those of you planning out your workouts, you should be just fine going into this team WOD without a previous rest day. That is, of course, pretty subjective, but if you have been training fairly consistently you shouldn’t have any problem, it’s a nice friendly WOD, if those actually exist. 🙂 Also, be sure to bring plenty of warming layers, as the doors will likely be opening and closing frequently. Just saying….
Some extra cash might be good to have on hand too, as we will have short massages available, and event mugs, water bottles, and shirts, with proceeds benefitting the Nicole Smith Medical Fund.
