Wall balls (20/14 lbs)
Open WOD schedule will be as follows over the next 5 weeks:
Thursdays 6:30 -7:30 pm
Saturdays 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
If it is impossible to make it to one of these scheduled judging sessions, it is the participant’s responsibility to talk to a coach about scheduling an appt time outside of the above times.
If you are out of town for a WOD please contact a CrossFit affiliate at your destination beforehand, in order to schedule a time for your WOD to be judged there.
Last minute, unscheduled, panic WODs will not be accommodated on Monday afternoons 🙂
