Back squat Take 15 minutes to find your 20RM

 EMOM for 10 minutes, using 75% of your 1RM clean and jerk
1 Power clean
2 Front squats
1 Jerk

*Next Saturday, March 15th, is the Olympic weightlifting clinic with Jason at 3:00pm.  Spots are still open, but register now, class size will be limited.
