Push/Split Jerks 15 min to work to a heavy single

EMOM for 10 minutes of @ 65% of 1RM Snatch
3 Hanging snatches
3 Overhead squats

Free Friday WOD:
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes execute:
5 burpees
8 air squats

All classes are open to the public today and open to anyone who would like to drop in and try out a regular class, free of charge.  Show up at least 10 minutes before class begins.
