400 m run
15 Thrusters @ 95/65 lbs

NEW ADULT CROSSFIT CLASSES: Starting on Tuesday, June 17th we will begin offering
2 new class times.  They are:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00 am
Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30 am

We have a few T-shirts left from Saturday’s event and would love to sell them to continue raising more for Ethan’s family.  Drop in to the gym or talk to a coach.  Adult sizes are $25.00 and Kids sizes are $20.00.

YOGA: We will run a trial yoga class on select Monday and Wednesday mornings in June at 8:30 am.  The remaining dates are:
June 9
June 11
June 23
June 25
*The public is welcome for a drop in fee, and of course, this class is included in all current ACF
