WOD: AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
1 Wall walk
5 Box Jumps (30/24”)
7 Pull ups

Reminders:
-Yoga Monday 8:30 am
-Tuesday (6/17/14) begins our new Tuesday and Thursday 6 am and 8:30 am WOD times!
-Thursday’s 6:30 pm class will no longer be a regular WOD time, it will be a Movement/Mobility class, which is included in all memberships, but drop ins are also welcome.
