Overhead Squats: 9×2 @ 75% 1RM

WOD: 30-20-10 for time of:
Pull ups
Push ups
Sit ups
Air squats

Here’s a recap of all the recent schedule changes:
*Tuesday and Thursday 6 am and 8:30 am classes will continue indefinitely.
*Thursday 6:30 pm is now Movement and Mobility class, it’s no longer a regular WOD time.
*Tuesday and Thursday Kids (ages 7-11) classes are cancelled until the fall.
*Monday through Wednesday 6:30 pm classes will no longer be a structured WOD time; they will be returning to Open Gym format again, with no Skills check-off required.
*Yoga will continue through the week of 6/23, on Monday and Wednesday at 8:30 am.
