Back squat: 5×3

WOD: EMOM for 12 minutes complete:
2 Deadlifts @ 75% 1 RM
6 Box Jumps (24/20”)
6 Goblet Squats (53/35 lbs)

*Yoga Monday at 8:30 am
*6:30 pm is no longer a regular WOD class time, it is now Open Gym,
    but no skills check-off is required, so it’s open to everyone.
