WOD 08/01/14 FREE FRIDAY

Today is Free Friday, so ALL classes are open to the public to try out CrossFit for free today!  Show up a few minutes early to get acquainted and we will take you through a regular class.

Bench Press: 15 min to work to a heavy single

WOD: Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes complete:
Firebreathers:
4 Box jumps (30/24”)
4 Clean and jerks (155/115 lbs)

Newbies:
8 step ups or 4 modified box jumps
4 shoulder presses
