15 Deadlifts @ 65% 1 RM
400 M run
15 Knees to elbows

Gymnastics WOD: For quality:
20 Front Leg Swings,  each leg

20 Side Leg Swings,  each leg
20 Back Leg Swings,  each leg
Hold Pike Stretch for 2 minutes
Hold Pancake Split for 2 minutes
Hold Middle Split for 2 minutes

6:30 pm Mobility class focus: Shoulders
