WOD: In teams of 2, for time:
800 m run (as a team)
20 High five Partner burpees
30 Overhead Squats (each, 135/115 lbs)
40 Kettlebell swings (each, 53/35 lbs)
50 Toes to bar total (each)
200 Double unders (total) alternating as needed *30 min cut off


MWOD Man/Woman Test 
2 minutes Hip Capsule Distraction MWOD 
2 minutes Overhead Distraction MWOD 
Retest MWOD Man/Woman Test
