Hero WOD: “McGee”
As many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
5 Deadlifts (275/195 lbs)
13 Push ups
9 Box jumps (24/20”)

Mobility/Skill work:
Test side split
3 min super couch stretch
Re-test and hold each side split for 2 min each side
