3 inch Deficit Deadlift: Heavy single

WOD: AMRAP in 8 minutes of:
4 Deadlift (155/115 lbs)
4 Front squat (155/115 lbs)

Post WOD mobility: Hamstring smash/stretch and couch stretch

6:30 pm Strength Class
Lift: 3 x 5, Fat bar floor press

*Kids’ and Teens’ Classes resume this week.

Holiday Schedule:
Wednesday 12/31/14: 6:30 pm class cancelled, all others run regularly
Thursday 01/01/15: No regularly scheduled classes,
                               we will run a 10 and 11 am WOD only on New Year’s Day.
