WOD: AMRAP 20 minutes of:
100 m run
15 Hanging Cleans (95/65 lbs)
15 Box jumps (24/20”)

Post WOD mobility: Calf and Achilles smash (foam roller, ball, barbell) and stretch

6:30 pm Mobility Class:  Anterior shoulders
