Skill work: 2 minute AMRAP: Dead hang pull ups – QUALITY

WOD: AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
10 Wall balls (20/14lbs)
8 One-arm kettlebell swings (each arm, 53/35 lbs))
6 Box jumps (30/24”)

Post WOD mobility: Calf and Achilles smash (foam roller, ball, barbell) and stretch

Reminder: There is no 6:30 pm mobility class tonight.
*6:30 – 8:00 pm is the first Open WOD of the season!  Come cheer on your teammates tonight!  If you are competing remember to show up early to get your warm up and WOD prep done in a quality kind of way.
