WOD: EMOM for 12 minutes complete:
2 Muscle ups
3 Hanging cleans (135/95 lbs)

Post WOD mobility:  Anterior shoulder

Lift: Bench with Chains, heavy single
Accessory work: 3 x 3-6 Shoulder press, 3 x 10-12  DB tricep roll ups,
3 x 12-15 DB rows each side, 3 x 30 V ups
 Mobility: Coach’s choice
