WOD: AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
50 m run
10 Wall balls (20/14 lbs)
10 Box jumps (24/20”)

Post WOD mobility: Calves and quads

6:30 pm Mobility Class:  Downstream Arm (Triceps, elbow, forearm, wrist)
