Push Press: Heavy single

WOD: 5 rounds for time of:
4 Hanging clean and jerk (155/115 lbs)
10 Knees to elbows

 Post WOD mobility: Pecs and Shoulders

11:00 am Strength Class: Max Effort Lower

Lift: Deadlift, Heavy set of 3 
Accessory work: 3 x 3-6 Front squat, 3 x 10-15 Barbell good mornings, 3 x 15 Banded lat. pull downs, 3 x 15 Back extensions or supermans, Windshield wipers 3 x 10-15, and 3 x 10 reverse hypers w/ 50% back squat 
Mobility: Coach’s choice
