WOD: 4 rounds for time of:
400 m run
10 Sumo deadlift high pulls (53/35 lbs)
20 Goblet Squats (53/35 lbs)
25 Russian KB swings (53/35 lbs)

Post WOD mobility: Calves and quads

6:30 pm Mobility Class:  Posterior high chain (gluts, hip capsule)
