Skill work: Hollow body rocks, achieve 30 for quality 

WOD: AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
400 m run
10 Pull ups
20 Air squats

Post WOD mobility: Smash quads 3 minutes each side, then couch stretch 2 minutes each

6:30 pm Mobility Class: Anterior shoulder
