Post WOD mobility: Gymnastics WOD:
20 Sit Ups to Straddle
3 Minute Pancake Split hold
20 Sit Ups to Pike
3 Minute Pike Stretch hold

6:30 pm Mobility Class: Anterior High Chain (Hip flexors, quads)
