WOD 02/02/16

Skill work: Handstand holds 2 x 1 minute, for quality.

WOD: 3 rounds for time of:
800 m run
15 up downs
20 med. ball cleans (20/14 lbs)

Post WOD mobility: First rib mobilization with barbell and combined shoulder flexion x 20 reps each side, then upper trapezius stretch, 1-2 minutes each side

11:00 am Strength class:
Lift: Bench press 9 x 3: 50% bar, 30% chain
