Box jumps (30/24”)
21-15-9 of:
Deadlift (225/155 lbs)
Box jumps (24/20”)

Post WOD Mobility: Foam roller or lacrosse ball to lower back, lacrosse ball to QL,
3 minutes each side, then QL stretch, 2 minutes each side
